G4 Solutions = Problem Solved
Minority students have the same learning capacity as their majority counterparts. Math success is always possible if the teacher has strong self-efficacy. Recent research shows that early math success is a better sign of future academic success than early literacy success. Not to mention that some studies have indicated that school math achievement is a good predictor of whether students in P–12 education stay on track toward a two-year or four-year college education. Furthermore, 94% of all jobs require some use of math skills. Finally, according to new research, math and reading ability at age seven may be linked with socioeconomic status several decades later. Our unique model includes a combination of High-Dosage Tutoring (HDT) or High-Impact Tutoring, as well as the Spaced Repetition model, which has proved highly effective and resulted in positive, long-lasting benefits for several decades when implemented with fidelity. A snippet of a recent research article has been included below (pg.8-16). HDT is not new but resurfaced when the recent pandemic indicated learning losses. Unfortunately, learning losses will continue until the global teacher shortage is mitigated. Therefore, G4 offers various service levels because all students and families have different needs.
