Educating with Equity
Equity is our why and daily motivation. Every student has the right to consistent, high-quality math instruction, strong math self-efficacy, a solid command of the content, and a fair chance to excel in math. Girls should have the same chance to succeed as boys. Also, many students with special learning needs, like ADHD or dyslexia, have the same potential to do well in math if they have a skilled and experienced teacher.
